The Dead Sea Salt Fine is from Dead Sea in Israel, the most saline sea in the world. This salt has far greater concentrations of minerals than any other sea or ocean. A concentration of minerals in Dead Sea Mineral Salt is 32%, other seas holding approximately 3%. Other essential elements for the skin are found in Dead Sea Salt such as bromides and iodine, including other minerals, such as Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium. All these minerals work beneficiary for the skin as cell activity regulators, stabilizing fluid levels in the body, and relieving muscular pain.
Our Fine Dead Sea Salt has a consistency similar to table salt and is white in color. The rough nature of the salt lends itself to skin scrubs (exfoliation) and can also be used as a body scrub or just as a relaxing additive to your baths.
